All green lights but cant connect to internet
When I turn on my puck to watch TV it says no Internet. But all lights are green on my hub

Hi @Kimmy16
After turning on, wait a few seconds and press home again a few times. Does the home screen appear as expected?
If not, try powering off your puck, power off your router, power on your router, wait for the internet to become available and then power your puck back on.
It might also be worth checking settings > start up & standby > ensure overnight power save is OFF and networked standby mode is ON.
