AD tech test creative adverts

Hi everyone, this is a real strange one but driving me and the family mad, we seem to get the same bunch of 3 adverts, we get a small banner on the top left with 'AD tech test creative' and a countdown timer top right. We get a Glasgow furniture store sometimes on 5 times in one break that's closed today for about 8 months, it does it on all streams and glass TVs, the other ads are Norton and revolt. It's also all channels and it's just putting us off tv, we can't find anything online about our issue. Set up is sky broadband cabled to main glass tv and glass, glass and streams upstairs are wireless nothing special no vpn no non sky firewalls. I hope someone can help.

@Lee3a   Hi Lee,  This is not a problem with your tv or set up it is a known generic problem at Sky,, give Sky a ring and they will sort it out for you.

Thank you, I will call support tomorrow, any chance someone could post the number if that's alllowed, I can't seem to find it and just go round in circles on the support page.
