2nd puck wont accept pin

My 2nd puck won't accept pin. It works on main device

@Corinne11 is this the PIN you need to entered on the initial setup?

 

Did you change this PIN after using the default PIN when you setup your first puck?

Sorry I didn't explain it properly🙈 it's the parental pin that I need to enter if I want to watch certain programmes before 9pm 

It is the pin associated with last 4 digits of my phone number linked to sky set up I haven't changed it and it worked no problem on main puck

@Corinne11 if you haven't tried already, your problematic Stream puck, try unplugging it for 10 minutes, then plug it back in and see if it starts recognising the correct PIN.
