2 second freeze

I have had a few issues since joining Sky, UHD which has been resolved. Random switch offs but the recent one is becoming a pain. 

Not a set time but roughly 2/3 times every hour you get a 2 second freeze. Doesn't. Happen when using Netflix or Disney Plus. 

Refreshed, reset and Internet speed checks all done (300/400 mbps) 

 

Puck is out in the open as well.
