i tried purchasing films on sky store but it said i had insufficent funds on sky viewing card so how do i add funds to it

This is something that only Sky Store support can help fix for you so I would get in touch with them, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
