paid to rent a movie then get an error message, 'error licensing your video', virtual assistant doesnt work and no other way to solve this problem.

Certainly follow the advice from @caesarome but would you mind saying, on what device did you rent it and on what device you are trying to view it.

an assistant replied and was helpful as you now need the App as it no longer works on the website
