I've just received a message from Sky saying I'm a valued Gold VIP and you want to give me a movie to watch: Peter Rabbit. In order to get this, I must head to 'Sky Store' on my 'Sky box'.
But where is my 'Sky Box'? Presumably once I have found that, then I will be able to find 'Sky Store' and then Peter Rabbit. (In fact, I've been given a number of movies over the year, but I've never bothered with them because I have no idea what a Sky Box is)

Thanks. I have a little black box with 'Sky' written on it? Is that my Sky box? So how do I find this Sky Store?

Do you have Sky TV in your house ?

No I don't have sky tv. I have sky broadband

If you don't have Sky TV then Sky are emailing you incorrectly- as you need Sky TV to access these free movies
Sky seem to think you are a TV customer - might just be worth checking your Sky bill to make sure you aren't paying for something you don't have.

I wouldn't usually reply but seeing someone asking it's a April fools,
ive feel obligated to last year if I heard that same question I'd think it's mad,
bur since I've been having some really bonkers crazy problems since I joined in February,
to say I I don't believe anything online anymore,
despite having major amounts of incorrect information,
That it's took some major effort end up just going crazy, & bombarding sky with emails
with screen shots of all the serious nit normal information I was seeing,
it's took till yesterday to someone to believe.
now to point since I've not deleted a email in years, I've discovered the high amounts of free movies from sky because my sky store was linked to my mother in laws sky account that's not been active for 13 years,
To say it kind of makes sense because since I joined sky I've had now tv for years ,
to be fair if you had a sky box or sky q box, I think you would know ,
The fact I was severely mental unstable because of time I've been trying to convince sky it's all happening & I'm not as mad as I sound,,

To be honest I'd of thought the same,
But to say I've questioned everything I thought I knew with technology,
this is the 1st of a bonkers problem that I felt to reply because I knew that it wasn't crazy
I mean I'd be grateful someone just confirmed that I'm not going mad,
to say I've actually literally broken down emotionally. Trying to get someone to believe me,
Having lost my husband then my dad last year,
then doing well to get this far,
& suddenly lose it, it's kind of confusing me
The fact I actually usually crumble under the thought of stress any way ,
I've just realised it 😂,
to say the more I write or talk I actually make my self sound more crazy 🙈
