How Does Sky Store Work?

Sky Glass/Stream

  1. Say "Hello Sky, open Sky Store" near your Sky Glass TV or press and hold the Voice button on your Sky remote and say "open Sky Store" to open the app. You can also get to it through the menu, just scroll down to Apps then select Sky Store.
  2. Sign In in the top right corner of the screen and enter your existing Sky iD details (the email address you used to order Sky Glass or Sky Stream).
  3. Browse what's on offer, then place your order or go to My Library to watch your purchases.

Sky Q

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote.
  2. Scroll down the menu and select Sky Store.
  3. Select the film or show you want to watch, then select either Buy & Keep or Rent.
  4. When prompted, enter your Sky TV PIN to complete the purchase.

When you select Buy & Keep, you can choose a digital-only purchase, or a digital and DVD/Blu-ray purchase (where you can watch the film straight away, and we'll send you a DVD/Blu-Ray in the post).

 

"Rentals: You have up to 30 days to press play on rentals. Once you start watching, you'll then have 48 hours before it expires."
