It is extremely rare that I use Sky Store to rent a film. However, last October I did use it to rent the new Jennifer Lawrence film, No Hard Feelings, as it was on offer for only £1.99 in UHD. I figured that I wouldn't find it cheaper anywhere else & downloaded it.
Yesterday I checked my latest bill & saw that I had been charged £4.79 for the rental of the Margot Robbie film, Birds of Prey ( and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn ). Nothing about No Hard Feelings on my bill at all.
For some reason, Sky Store still uses the ridiculous payment method whereby they charge you for rentals about 2 months after you've rented a film. I've never understood this method. If I rent a film from Amazon or Apple I'm billed for it 2-3 days later, not months. The way it is done by Sky Store makes it very easy for customers to maybe not notice the charge or forget how much they rented it for.
Anyway, that's probably the last time I use Sky Store & I will be on the phone to them on Monday. I suggest you make a note when you use it of what you spent & the date & keep a check on your future bills.

Do they send you an email when you rent anything like this do when you make a Buy and Keep purchase as it should show you the title and the price.

@caesarome I didn't receive an email, probably because it was only a rental, not Buy & Keep. In fact, I can't find any evidence at all that I rented No Hard Feelings. Again, this is so unlike Amazon & Apple. I can find evidence on Amazon if I rent a film from them by going into my account & with Apple they send me a digital receipt by email. Sky Store? Nothing. So they are going to have to take my word for it.
Thanks for the replies suggesting Live Chat but I have to go now & finish beating my partner at Monopoly.😀

The Sky Store system was good.... but the software is old and in desperate need of update🤔
