I am leaving Sky in the next couple of weeks
I have cancelled my TV packages and paid off my Sky Glass subscription in full
I want to retain access to my Sky Store library
Do I need a New Sky ID?
I used the same account for both Glass and Store until now

What you will need to do though is when you have left you will need to contact Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one.
When you are ready to do this they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
