Unable to use sky store says purchasing not set up ?

how can I set up sky store - says it isn't set up for purchases ?

Hi @LISASIAN 

 

This is something we often hear of on the forum 

 

it's usually solved easily with a quick livechat to the Skystore team - to agree and set your purchase limit 

 

they are open till 7.30 tonight and then from 11am tomorrow
