Unable to sign in the store with Sky streaming box

I bought a movie on the Sky Store, and I'm unable to ply it in the TV with the Streaming box, when trying to sign in I get an error message. And if I try to watch it on another device, it says the cable is not compatible.... 

No DVD was received either, unable to talk to anyone..... 

this is not good customer service. 

very disappointed. 

 

can anyone help ?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
