Unable to access Asda movie night in even though it has been excepted and selected the movie??

Purchased the Asda movie night in. Sent off the receipt and then got confirmation back it was accepted. So picked a movie as per instructions on my iPhone as it says you can't do it through your sky q box. Selected movie and everything putting in the info as requested. Then went to watch it on my iPhone but says safari can't open the page because the address is invalid!!!  So can't watch it even though done everything I was instructed to do!! Has anyone else had this issue? If so can you help?? Thanks.

If it doesn't for you, have you tried in Google chrome ?

There is also a Skystore app available for IOS 

If by any chance you have a recent LG TV or a Chromecast, or a recent Sony TV with built in Chromecast, you can view on your TV using those devices 

Or if you have a PC or laptop with an HDMI output - you can plug that in to your TV

You should be able to view the film on the Sky Store app on your iphone.
