Skystore order buy and keep

I ordered top gun on buy and keep but haven't received the dvd yet even though it's been released for about a week. I was under the impression that it would be delivered on the day of release as stated, if I'd known it was going to take this long I would of purchased it on amazon as I normally do and after this poor experience I will continue to purchase from amazon in the future. It's looking like I will have to contact sky about it as it doesn't look like I'm going to get my delivery and will probably pay for the dvd again in phone charges as I can't see how you contact them about this online

When you ordered it does the DVD appear on the email you should have been sent ?

It does state on the email that I have purchased it and now that I have checked again it also says that it might take longer than usual but why when amazon ships them out on same day. I know I have it on sky still but the fact is I have paid for it and am just a bit annoyed that it isn't delivered when it's in the shops
