Hi @MarieH1975

Anything you buy from Skystore on your PC / online / Skystore app will/should let you use up Skystore credit if you are logged in to the account that has credit.

I've never known it not to use existing credit when bought online

A common issue is when customers buy a movie on their Sky box and expected it to use credit (which it won't)

but from your post - if I'm reading it correctly- you bought the movies on your computer ?

If that's what happened- I agree with you that makes no sense at all ! If that's what happened I would go on to livechat in the morning (11am opening) and discuss with the Skystore team

If they say it's a glitch - do post back to confirm. I've never heard of that before.

a quick EDIT:

I noticed this in the terms and conditions

Have you had the credit for more than 12 months ?

"Once added to your account, for any Vouchers issued from 16th December 2016, you will have 12 months in which to use your credit balance before the balance is removed from your account. For Vouchers issued prior to this date you will have 36 months in which to use your credit balance"
