I have two films on sky store on buy and keep that give my no option to send to sky box does anybody know why ?

When you log in to your account on line - and click on your name - then "my account"
Do you have your Sky account registered in the "My Sky Account" section ?
Also - are you on IOS ? Have a look in your settings under Skystore
Do you have access to local network set to On ?
(I'm not at home to see if that would make a difference but worth a look at. )
