Sky store rental
We purchased a movie from sky store on Sunday. Email confirmed we bought it and TV message said we have 7 days to watch. Not started it but we now cannot find it in our sky account?

Please can you confrim that you bought the movie and not just rented it ?
Also, please can you advise if you started to watch it at all ?
