Sky store rental issues

I tried to rent a sky store film and it started downloading a uhd version which my tv does not support.

Cancelled and deleted but it will not refresh and will not download due to incompatibility and no one to call to sort.

Tried deleting the partial recording from the "recently deleted" list?

Hi @Helen249 

 

The reply from @Chodley should fix this for you.  (Recordings / manage / deleted   Then choose "delete forever" )

 

Then start again on the HD version. 

 

As you haven't  played the UHD version you should not be charged- but do keep an eye on your charges just in case you get charged for both the UHD and the HD
