Sky store purchases not enabled

It says sky store purchases are not enabled for purchases please help

This is something you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support about as it should be something they can easily fix for you. There is a live chat available everyday between 11am - 7.30pm if you don't want to phone, you can see this here:

As you have the same issue @Tilly69 then the fix is the same and that is to get in touch with Sky Store support so my post above yours explains what to do.
