Hi, once we have downloaded our sky store movie and watched it, it automatically deletes the download and we have to re-queue it again! Is there a way to keep it on the planner to avoid downloading each time? I'm sure this setting has changed and it didn't used to do this!

Find out more@Lennylooloo if set upncorrectly Sky Store movies should stay on your Q box as long as the box is not disconnected from the internet for a period. I am moving your post to the Sky Store forum as I suspect you need helpnsetting the account up. It is not an issue with your broadband connection.

Is this happening with a Buy and Keep film or a rental one ?

Thanks. Its with a buy and keep movie, I'm sure it hasn't happened that way before... it's the new paw patrol movie which is on repeat 🙈 and every time it finishes we have to download it again... which when there's a download already happening from another box is very annoying.
