I have been given a code from sky to purchase a film I went to sky store on my TV and selected the film I wanted but it purchased the film without letting me put in my voucher code! How do I cancel the download and get my money back?

If you have been given a code then you need to use it at the Sky Store website to select a Buy and Keep film of which you can then send to your Sky box. You can not send rented films to your box.
