I have got Rouku sky app and does not let me view my films .I  reseted my app and reinstall  still the same .on my screen  it says we are experiencing a problem at the moment.please try again  (0400:htp_401)

There are a lot of people waiting for sky to sort this out. Many of them spent good money on films they trusted sky would enable them to watch using the sky store app. The answer is not an actual answer, just a confirmation that they know there is a problem, they're working on it and we'll have to all wait and hope they sort it out.
