I just brought the 4k Santa clause the movie from the sky store on my tv but there is no sound, it plays on all other devices but my tv. Image works fine

Ok - same suggestion but try going in to your LG sound settings and see if there is a more basic setting than Dolby
I remember a similar post to yours from a couple of years ago and the problem was a glitch in the audio format being used by Sky. I'm pretty sure that changing the audio to a basic Stereo setting provided a solution.
Hope that helps but if not, @caesarome suggestion would definitely be the way to go.
