Have tried to rent Bullet Train from sky store tonight but it says press select to view then download failed at the top of the screen.
We have reset sky box and modem internet fine on all other devises we have downloaded another movie from sky cinema and that works any help please

Now try downloading the film again.

Having the same problem with The Witch Part 2, sadly this fix doesn't do anything for me..

Yep, have completely removed it - and from deleted. Have done a box update, contacted customer service and they didn't know either. Done a full box reset, re-rented the same title (which now shows a rental expiry for Jan 15th at 2.57pm), but it still won't download. Just 'download failed' each time. I can download other historically purchased items, but not this one.

are you getting a message along the lines of "account not enabled"
if so - all that means is that you need to set up an agreed credit limit with the Skystore team.

Has anyone found the fix to this problem as I am having the same with one that I have purchased. Tried all of the above but everytime it just highlights download failed and just won't download. Purchased another film from the sky store the day after and that downloaded no problem. Very frustrating to be honest.
