Sky store charge

Hi

i I have been charged £20 on my account for purchasing the Wicked film. We have had the film. However, the charge should be £0.00 as I have approx £50ish credit still in my account. Is it possible you could look into this for me. I don't mind if you credit my account £20 this month and deduct the £20 from my Sky store credit amount.

The £50 credit can only be used online via the website and possibly the app @Hitch66 so on what device did you order this film on ?
