Sky store app devices limit

I have signed into sky store but keeps telling me devices limit reached there is only 1 devices on there and it's the 1 I'm trying to use

@Matt2118  Log in to your Sky Sore account and go to the devices tab https://www.skystore.com/n/adev/my-account/devices

 

If none are there you'll need to speak to Sky Store https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
