Sky store Issue

While watching films on my Sky IPad this week, it's coming up a short way into the movie with a message stating continued watching of this film in 4G OR 3G will affect your phone bill! This is despite it being linked to a solid Wi-FI Signal from my home broadband.

Even though you are connected to Wifi is the connection to the mobile data network turned off, if it is then it must be an error as you shoudn't be seeing that message.
