Sky glass.

I changed my email on sky glass over 3yrs ago but every time my tv updated it went back to old email.  Almost all the movies i purchased ( 30+) are under old email. On last update everything vanished like prime Disney etc.  I phoned sky regarding these issues to findout that it's because of my old email (which I had changed 5 times) and not the new email I provided  that was the issue.  We changed the email again only for it to revert straight back to the old email. Sky box office promised me a manager would call me back yesterday Friday but i did say to them that they wouldn't phone back.  It's like I'm been punished for sky's mistakes regarding thing's that they control not us.  We do things correctly so why can't sky just say hay we all make mistakes we're only human but they do not but we have to.  Sky you so should pay me back for all the movies I've lost because of your mistakes.
