I'm trying to redeem a free film on sky store. I can select the film and it comes up that it's free as part of the sky vip rewards, I enter my pin and it says that I'm unable to purchase as my account isn't set up for purchases. Any idea of how to solve this without spending forever on the phone?! 🤦🏻♀️
