Make sure all your detais are filled in here so that nothing like your first or surname is missing:

Then make sure your Sky Store account is linked to your Sky ID as per this:
- Sign in at skystore.com/myaccount and go to 'My Sky TV'.
- Click on 'Link My Account'. (I believe this is on the far right of the screen)
- Follow the instructions on the screen. You'll need your 12 digit Sky Account number or the account number of the bank you use to pay your Sky bill.
- Click 'confirm'
