Sky Store movie

I got an email to say that Peter Rabbit was free for me to purchase and keep from sky store. But when I go on there it isn't free. Please can you change it to free so that I can avail of the offer?

@M+Kaye   Your not speaking to Sky so they won't be able to change it to free on the back of a forum post.  Have you checked how to get the movie for free, there may be some code to use?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

How old is the email? Peter Rabbit was free over Easter but I don't know how long the offer was available for.
