Sky Store Rental refusal

Trying to rent a film on sky store but after entering pin it states- 

"the programme can't be purchased at the moment as your spending limit has been reached"   ??

Sometimes , limits have to be re agreed (not because you have done anything wrong) - it's just what happens 

Give the Skystore support people a live chat and they should be able to fix it for you
