Sky Store Purchases

I believe some purchases are missing. I have read about a restore function but cannot find this. On my Sky Store App I have no purchases showing at all.

Are you logged in with the correct details ?

Yes. Only had one login with Sky as far as I know. The only difference over, say, 6 months ago is I'm no longer with Sky broadband.

Are you still a Sky customer so do you have Sky TV or mobile ?

Yes. Still got Sky tv via Q box

I've just noticed that all of my purchases are shown if i log into the sky Store via web address. Only a few on Sky Q box and none in app!

If you select each title in turn you should be able to "send them" to your Sky Q box so have you tried this ?

Just spotted this. Yes just doing that now. Not sure why nothing on App though? Will try to delete app and re download

Deleting and re downloading the App has worked. Can't check Sky Q just now as family are watching Wicked...Will update later. PS. Sky customer service were clueless with this.

At least the app is working and hopefully the mising purchases will be back on your Q box as well.
