Sky Store Purchases have disappeared from sky store website

Hi, 

I cancelled sky a few months ago and was told that I would no longer have access to the purchased movies but I could still view them on sky store website. I have log in today, to find all the movies have been deleted bar one.

Any idea what's going on. 

Who do I contact about this as the chat facility on Sky store website is not working?

Hi @Gavigan 

The Skystore support team who you need, are open from 11am to 7.30pm and should be there now.  The only thing is that you have to work quite hard to reach a human. If I go on a chat I just keep declining any AI or "go to the forum" suggestions and keep asking for a human.  Usually works eventually.

thanks for replying but the link to chat with a sky person just throws up an error. 

Its really strange that they have deleted everything bar one film. Everything is gone.........

Is there a telephone no. for Sky Store so I can speak to someone?

I appreciate I'm not answering the question you asked but I wonder if you have a different device or browser you can try. 

I've just tried the support team on an iPhone 15 with Safari and got straight through

Thanks again for helping. I ended up phoning sky and they told me it was a glitch and to give them 72 hours to resolve.  We'll see what happens.

will clear cache and cookies, see if it helps............   I can't believe I didn't think of that  😂
