Sky Store Purchase not showing in Purchases

I purchased the movie JAWS as number of years ago (2021)  and it not been showing in my purchases lits for about 2-3 weeks. I have called Sky for assistance and they have tried various ways to restore the movie back, but as of today it is still not showing. I now have to seach for the movie via my remote control each time i want to view the movie, but i want it with all my other purchases to have fast and easy access (also to remind me i have the movie).

What happens @Skyuser74 if you locate Jaws on the Skystore website in your online library , then select "Send to Sky box" ?
