My friend put her details in to the sky store, I'm trying to put my details in but it comes up code 0300

I think @Lladyk that the 0300 code is to do with payment card details not being correctly held. 

I would suggest (and they are open for another 30 mins - or then at 11am tomorrow) a livechat with the Skystore team
