Sending purchases to skybox

Hello,

I have a movie in my sky store that I purchased the buy and keep option. For some reason all of the other movies I've purchased are showing in the purchased tab apart from 1 movie. 

No matter how many times I log in online and click send to Box it never shows up in my purchased tab yet all the rest of them are sat there!

I was talking to the online chat but weirdly they said I didn't have an online account with my email address but when I send the guy a screenshot of the correct account details he couldn't find the account still not sure if that has something to do with it?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi @Jamesc100295 

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Tried that before I came here and it didn't work, just done it again to see if there was a change but there isn't

Yeah tried to contact the online support and they couldn't help, they suggested I ring sky customer services which I did and the department I need has finished for the day. So the advice was to put it on here and see if anyone could help me or ring them tomorrow which I will be doing
