Send to sky q box

I used to be able to send purchased movies from sky store to my sky box,the icon to do this has now disappeared and will only let me watch on purchased device.Contacted sky store who are looking into it,account is linked to sky.Any ideas???

Well you should definitely still be able to do that

 

When you log in to your Skystore account online - and click on your name (top left) and then  - My Account

 

Do you still see your Sky account details correctly entered  under "view my Sky account"

Yes that is still there.Sky store live chat un-linked my account earlier and I re-linked it but this didn't solve the problem.

I've looked through some similar questions from the last couple of years. 

The only other suggestions are to log out and log back into your Skystore account online 

 

Might also be worth a reboot of your Sky box

 

If no good - I would certainly persevere with the Skystore team - livechat team are usually helpful and are open now and until 7.30pm

Your purchased Buy and Keep films should be in the purchases section of your box so is this not the case for you as I know I have never had to send them as they have always been there for me.

Thanks for your replies,will try rebooting the sky q box.

 

The sky store live chat have sent the issue to back room team to look at as they can do nothing else.
