Retrieving a purchase

Hello. I purchased a film for my children on my laptop through the Sky website, but when I sign in on our sky TV it doesn't show the purchase. Am I not able to have it on both devices? I don't want it on my laptop at all, I just happened to purchase via this so if it's one or the other, can it be transferred to the TV? Thank you

If it is a buy and  keep (rather than a rental) then yes you can view it on all your devices / sky box. 

On your Sky box are you looking in recordings / purchases ? 

If on your laptop you are using the Skystore app you should be able to see your purchase there and see a box saying "send to box" which should do exactly that. 

if your circumstances are different- could you say a bit more about the purchase and what you are seeing
