When I try and rent a film from Sky store I get a message saying I am up to my spending limit even though I have never set a spending limit

Find out moreAll counts have a spending limit on them to prevent overspending so you have either hit yours or the level is set so low it is preventing you from ordering or renting anything as it could have been set at £0. Either way you will have to contact Sky Store support about this:
they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here along with other contact options::

If you log onto Skystore.com you check you credit balance in your My Account😉

Mine is ZERO so I can't buy anything😂
