Rented film
Iv rented a film on sky stores using my phone, the purchase went through but when I went back to the tv I'm unable to find the film on my account. When I type it back in on the search bar it's telling me to pay again to rent the film

With rented films you can only view on the device they were rented on (with Buy and Keep you can watch them on the TV) so what I suggest doing is to get in touch with Sky support to see if they will cancel this for you then you can rent it again via your Sky Tv account.
