Rented a film

I rented a film from Sky store, stopped it half way and went to finish it today and its gone. Its within the 7 days rental, will I be charged? Where is it? So sick of the virtual assistant 😒

@EAand80

When you start to watch the film the 7 days changes to 48 hours before you have to rent and pay for it again.

hi @EAand80

it's as @caesarome says - and if you have watched any of it you will be charged.

It might be worth you persevering with the Skystore support team, link below, trying to reach a human - and explain the misunderstanding.

If you are lucky, maybe they might offer you a goodwill rental of the same movie
