I rented No Time to Die for £6.99 and it warned that it was only avaible that day. I rented it at 8pm so I could have finished it by midnight. But Sky wouldnt download it properly and the cutoff wasnt midnight but 10.30pm so i neither downloaded it nor watched it. Dont get caught out like me.
I want a refund.

The timings you mention sound very unusual.
When you rent a movie on your Sky box, it should sit there for 7 days waiting for you to press play. If you don't press play at all then as @caesarome mentions - the rental week window expires without you being charged
From the timings you mention - I wonder if at some point whilst waiting for it to download- you pressed play and watched a few seconds (which would reduce the viewing window to (usually) 48 hours from the time you pressed play - and charge your account
In any event - where you haven't been able to download the movie properly- I would suggest trying a live chat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am
They can clarify if you were charged - clarify the timings and hopefully/possibly offer you some goodwill and allow another rental.
