Rental won't play

My rental won't play and saying couldn't cocontact the sky store. What should I do

Can you say any more about what you are experiencing? eg. What Sky platform are you using 

 

Which movie ?  Are you using a HDMI cable or scart cable (sometimes the issue with premiere rentals )

Hey

Thank you for responding. I just registered to the sky store website and I don't know about much. I rented the movie called Love and when I go to play the error show up saying "Cant connet to sky store. Payback unavailable in this moment. Please Try again. Im keep trying more than 2, 3 hours now
