Rental not available to view

We bought a rental and watched half 3 days ago. Can't now find it to watch the rest of the film

Hi @G+Woody

Thats because - as soon as you press play for the first time on a rental - you have 48 hours to

finish viewing.

often customers think they have 7 days to view, but that's - 7 days to start viewing.

best thing to do (they open next at 11am tomorrow) is to live chat to the Skystore support team, explain the confusion and try to persuade them to give you a goodwill rental of the movie. Hope you get it resolved.

Re: Rental not available to view

I'm sure you get 2 days to view and it goes off as it's a part time lease.

@Leonniewashere

That is correct once the film has started to be viewed you get 48 hours to finsih watching it and 7 days prior to that to start watching it.
