Redeeming Sky vouchers

Hi there,

I recently received a free film to buy and keep as I went from Silver to Gold VIP. I tried to claim the voucher online but every time I tried to access the Sky Store it states that the site cannot be reached, including the link in the thread previously posted.

Last night I tried the sky store on the TV and ended up paying for the film we wanted to watch as we could not find anywhere to submit a voucher code and became rather frustrated. Please could you assist in helping how to redeem this free film voucher as I have now made an unnecessary purchase that I had not planned on making due to the unavailable sky store online.

Vouchers codes for the Sky Store can only be used online here:

If you use a voucher against a rented film you can not send it to your Sky box. You can send a Buy and Keep film to your Sky box,

I have discovered that it was Sky Broadband Shield that was blocking access to the Sky Store. Would've expected a Sky product to grant access to Sky Store without having to faff around. Thank you for your help.
