Hello I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I'm coming across a very interesting but unusual problem. A couple of the purchases I have downloaded lately from the Sky Store tend to make my skybox freeze. Has anyone else encountered this problem and also one or two of the episodes in a few of my box sets Will not allow me to watch or download them as it says it cannot be downloaded at present due to a technical issue, please try again later but the problem never resolves itself. If anyone else has suggestions as to what I should do to overcome these problems I would be very grateful For your help. Powering your Sky box off at the mains plug. Leaving it off for a full minute to allow the components to switch off completely , then power back on - fixes a surprisingly wide range of unusual issues. Especially where (as with your problem) I'm not aware it's a common issue.
