Pre-ordered movie Screamboat

Ive pre-ordered a movie on sky store which has been released today. The movie is showing in my purchases, however when I try to download it, it's trying to charge. I've checked my bill and it's not showing on my bill and I've not had the email to confirm pre-order is available. Can anyone help?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
