Pre order

Hi anyone help I've pressed and pre ordered something on the sky store that I do not want how do I cancel the pre order

HI @Joey2 

 

If you go online and sign in to skystore.

 

www.skystore.com 

 

Then click on your name (top left)

 

Click on that you should see "My orders"

 

and from there you can cancel a pre order that you no longer want
