Payment pin

I am trying to rent a movie through Sky Store. It keeps asking for payment pin. I wont accept my sky pin number and to reset pin, I dont get the email ?? Any help appreciated

The pin is the last 4 numbers on your viewing card if you are a Sky+ or  Sky Q customer or you can set it to whatever you want via this link:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-pin

Or via the My Sky app > TV > Product Settings > Device Management > Reset Pin.
